Appointments are scheduled so that we can see our patients as efficiently as possible. If for any reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify our office 24-hours in advance of your need to cancel. We understand that situations occasionally arise where you may be unable to keep your appointment and adequate notice is not possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will use the resources available to us to verify your insurance is active and current. However, due to the complexities of insurance contracts, we cannot guarantee coverage.
